Colombo attorney Nick Ranke represented a Michigan dealership in an advertising contract dispute with a local advertising group.
The dealership stopped making payments to an advertiser because of poorly performing advertisements which were often posted late. In response, the advertiser filed a lawsuit demanding immediate payment of over $20,000.00.
Mr. Ranke filed counterclaims on behalf of the dealership against the advertiser and was able to leverage a full dismissal of the case with only limited legal expense.
